In 2018 I became a mother. Inspired by how much my yoga practice, breathing and trust in my body had supported me during pregnancy and birth, I decided to train in pregnancy yoga teaching, and am now loving guiding women through this very special (and often up and down!) time.

Join us for 1.15 blissful hours of movement, breathing, relaxation and connection in this special class for pregnant mamas to be
☆ Learn to tune into your body and baby, release aches and pains and ease the birthing process
☆ Practice breathing techniques and movements for birthing
☆ Sink into guided relaxation and allow your body and mind to rest
☆ Share stories and chocolate with other pregnant women
Bringing together my experience of movement, breath, birth and touch I will support you to tune into the innate wisdom of the body and practice the skills needed to ease them through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Suitable for women who are over 13 weeks of pregnancy.
Cost: £12 per class - available in termly blocks

Class number is limited so please do book in advance if you'd like to join us for the term. You must book for the whole term, but if this runs into your due date, let me know and I can reduce the weeks
