I believe that if you can breathe, you can do yoga.

I help you to calm your nervous system, learn how to breathe properly, break free of restrictive physical patterns and move with ease. You'll foster a sense of kindness and compassion towards yourself and others. You’ll notice more about your body than you ever have and will realise just how intricately connected the body and mind is.


With awareness comes the ability to choose another way, to move, breathe and even think in a more positive and healthy way for yourself.
